Problem
When sending data under the Import / Export Data menu via FTP to a FTP server, the progress bar goes very quickly to 100% and then waits (the data is still sending). After that, the destination file on the remote server is corrupt and/or incomplete.
Solution
We have only had one report of this and it was on our development machine. After much troubleshooting, it wound up being our virus scanner, which is ESET NOD32 Antivirus. It seems the antivirus was acting as a proxy between DeskLot and the Internet connection. We disabled "Web access protection" and "HTTP Filter" to resolve the problem. You may do this via the Settings screen in ESET NOD32 Antivirus by clicking "Enter entire advanced setup tree" and then navigate to "Web access protection" and uncheck "Enable web access protection". You will also need to click the "HTTP" child tree beneath "Web access protection" and uncheck "Enable HTTP checking". You may be using a different antivirus program and may have to dig into the advanced settings and try disabling various features such as this until your copy of DeskLot starts sending properly via FTP.
