Problem
The QRCode DLL is not installed on your system
Solution
Download the file MW6QRCode.dll and save it into your "C:\Windows\System32\" folder. Open a command prompt (Start, then Run, and type "CMD" and click the "OK" button). At the command prompt type "REGSVR32 C:\Windows\System32\MW6QRCode.dll". You should get the message "DLLRegisterServer in MW6QRCode.dll successed".
